Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence:
To sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises. By using this site you acknowledge that you are aware and comply with all relevant laws regarding the purchase and consumption of alcohol.
Cantina OK! does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using this site you confirm that you are over the age of 18. Cantina OK! makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Cantina OK! is over the age of 18.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. All stock subject to availability and increases in government charges and wholesale prices. Cantina OK! supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

New South Wales Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
• VIC
Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600). Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
• SA
Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.
• QLD
Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.
• WA
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

Shipping and Returns
$10AUD flat-rate shipping

• SELTZER CASE SHIPPING
Due to the weight of the product, we only ship cases domestically.
Each case requires a $20AUD base fee, with an additional $10AUD fee for each case in the order.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer $30AUD flat-rate shipping to almost all locations around the world.
• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item of clothing for an alternative size, send us an email at shop@cantinaok.com.au and we will provide you with a return address if stock inventory permits the exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Please ensure the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be returned within 5 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on alcohol products.
